This makes it easy to edit your graphics with the GIMP using a pre-defined web 2.0 color palette.

Free Web 2.0 Color Palette for PhotoShop
You get the same benefits as with the above GIMP version, plus the excel spreadsheet allow you to easily see all of the hex codes.
